1 | What are you watching on TV right now?
“Right now, I’m watching Project Runway reruns- I’m on like, season 14, and also The Circle and New Girl.”
2 | Who is your biggest personal influence?
“Um, I guess it would be my mom.”
3 | What themes do you find yourself revisiting in your art?
“In my design work, I’m constantly inspired by topics on fashion, inter design, and sustainability. In my free time I occasionally embroider imagery of butterflies and flowers.”
4 | Where are you from? Does it influence your artwork at all?
“I’m from Shelbyville - on the border of east end Louisville - and it does not influence my work whatsoever.”
5 | Why study at NKU?
“It was far enough from home that I felt like I was getting to leave, but close enough that I could drive home if I needed to.”
6 | What are your career goals?
“I have a passion for many things, but would love to be able to work for a company/design firm where I’m able to design editorial layouts. My dream job would be to work for Refinery 29.”
7 | Do you have any phobias?
“I’m afraid of centipedes and heights. ”
8 | What are 3 things you're always carrying on you?
“My phone, chapstick, and excedrin migraine.”
9 | Does pop culture influence your work? If so, how?
“Occasionally it can; it depends on the project I’m designing.”
10 | Facebook or Instagram? Why?
“Instagram, because I post more of my life on the app, and I am able to connect with my friends and family easier. I’ve only had a Facebook for 4 years.”
11 | What was the last thing you were listening to?
“It’s a group called 2AM Club.”

“Clearly, neutral or desaturated colors like blue, green, and nudes. Even rust orange.”
